1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and another notification when your order has been shipped.
- In case of stock unavailability, our team will contact you to confirm an alternative or process a refund.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Within Major Cities: 2–4 working days.
- Other Areas in Pakistan: 3–7 working days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability.
- ⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate PKR 220 within LAHORE, PKR 280 within PUNJAB, and PKR 350 outside Punjab all over Pakistan.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 5000 within LAHORE, PKR 7000 within Punjab, and PKR 10,000 outside Punjab all over Pakistan.
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most areas in Pakistan.
- Customers must ensure the correct delivery address and availability to receive the order.
- For COD orders above PKR 10,000, we may require an advance partial payment for order confirmation.
5. International Shipping
- Currently, we deliver within Pakistan only.
- International shipping options will be introduced in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
6. Tracking Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check your order status.
7. Order Cancellations
- Zekni.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or natural events.
- If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@zekni.com, and we will assist you.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Redelivery charges may apply.
9. Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately at support@zekni.com with photos.
- If you accept the parcel and later find the item damaged, kindly contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
