1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- You received the wrong size, color, or item.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
- ⚠️ Items that cannot be returned:
- Baby feeding items and opened baby/kid’s products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products bought on clearance or final sale.
2. Return Window
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests.
3. Return Process
- Contact us at support@zekni.com or through your account within 7 days.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will guide you through the process and share the return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after we receive your return
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size/color ordered), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size, color, or replacement (if available).
- If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once shipping, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
8. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us immediately at support@zekni.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
